Most of us have more baby clothes and equipment than we know what to do with, all very reusable with plenty of life left in. You can, of course, donate items to your local charity shops, although some do have restrictions for health and safety reasons.
Here are some other ideas we have found along the way.
Ten Little Toes Baby Bank, West Sussex
Ten Little Toes was set up to help and support those that are in financial difficulties for whatever reason to bring up and support their babies and young children by providing them with essential equipment and clothes. To donate any items, check their Facebook page – they don’t always have capacity to take donations, but it is a fantastic little family run organisation doing amazing work.
